In the case where you might have a technical issue with one of the flash-based demonstrators, we will describe here a step by step method to diagnose and solve the problem.

Step 1

Let us check the Flash Player installation in your browser.

The current version of your flashplayer should be displayed below:

If you do not have Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher installed, the demonstrators won't be able to work correctly. You will need to install the flash player plugin for your browser. This is a free plugin from Adobe.

Step 2

If the demonstrator is still not working properly, it might be an issue with the cache of your web browser.

Please follow the procedure described in the following links to clean your browser cache :
